One of the details I like about these sets is that it's true to the toy range rather than full 'technical accuracy'. For example at 2:31 the Mega Blaster, rather than having a 'proper' pistol grip and trigger, instead has a round peg as it would be on the toys.

I could see this being true and not true. GW has poor internal management and communication so an intern messing up on social media (deliberately or accidentally) and a woke editor screwing things up could have happened. But it also seems very convenient.

GW having been moving in a woke direction for a while. It's sad but One Page Rules is a great alternative to use your miniatures in.

Lets be real they're one of the worst managed companies on earth nowadays. They're like Disney, just active intentional contempt towards their fanbases. It is one of those things where I like what it used to be so much that I want it to die now to preserve what it was and let other games that aren't just hateful of their players thrive.

if my friends have bad ass models, especially painted bad ass models. that represent thier armies. They can play with them. if i run a tournament, than i would not care as long as everything was consistent and was able to be understood by thier competitors. Love seeing games and models from other systems

For some reason I can't stop thinking about skulls.

I believe that MWG is currently working on rules for Ravage Star as its own gaming system, I can notrememberif theyare stillin Alpha or have reached Beta. It is D10 based instead of D6. It does look to be different, fast and fun. Lastly, I think that the rules for their system are free and they do not demand that you use their models to play.

What does the Vallejo brush cleaner stuff do? Why do you recommend it? its the first time I've heard of it.

Those minis looked realy neat. I mostly play The Old World these days so its not for me. But it was nice to see that they had such quality. And preassebly is in the end a plus in my book. I still play my pewter Sisters and mono-pose Wood elves, so I obviously dont mind duplicates :)
